Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Digital Color AI.
- Open Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Review the notice and choose Delete permanently.
Your account, sign-in methods, salon membership, personal cloud records, uploaded images, AI-generated images and notification tokens are deleted. The action cannot be undone.
Salon operational records that must be retained for legal, security or accounting purposes may remain without a link to your deleted account. Backup copies are removed according to the applicable backup lifecycle and legal requirements.
Request deletion without app access
Email us from the address registered to your account. Use the subject “Digital Color AI account deletion” and include the account email address. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership.
